W8Less Dryer Usage Tips:

• Wash your hair with your favorite RUSK shampoo and conditioner. Rinse thoroughly.
• Towel dry hair to blot excess moisture. Add your favorite RUSK hair protectant. Section hair.
• Plug the dryer in and choose your heat setting. (For thinner hair, use a lower setting if possible.)
• Use the dryer with your styling brush and move through each section of the hair.
• Be sure to direct airflow at the hair, not the scalp.
• After use, press the start button to switch it off and unplug the dryer.
• Allow to cool down fully before storing away.

Hair care product policy

Exchange
If a hair care product is not right for your hair type, please let us know within 30 days of purchase at ruskinfo@ruskhair.com to initiate an exchange for a product that suits you better! Please note: Exchanges are subject to a $5.99 restocking fee for each product.

Refund
If you believe your hair care product is defective, please send us photographs for review at support@ruskhair.com. We will issue a full or partial refund if the product is defective.

We are unable to process exchanges or refunds on rusk products purchased from a retailer partner. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.
