Hair care product policy
If a hair care product is not right for your hair type, please let us know within 30 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange for a product that suits you better! Please note: Exchanges are subject to a $5.99 restocking fee for each product.
If you believe your hair care product is defective, please send us photographs for review at email@example.com. We will issue a full or partial refund if the product is defective.
